I see any one subject that one reads, wait before jumping on it to see what else turns up or is said about it, but keeping in mind how study's and tests can be performed to mislead as well being performed to receive the researchers pre study viewpoint.
Seems to me when ever you see anything that seems like big money is behind it, watch out... and take it with a grain of salt.

I know when you attempt to take memory courses, if you ate white flour, White Sugar , turkey, etc. your done for the day, your brain doesn't have enough blood to support learning.
