The liver, heart and brain comment is a bit iffy. However, don't forget the source. This is an article on the net... not written by the Doc. I think of it like a movie based on a true story... slightly dramatized that is ;)
Cilantro must be good for chelation... look at all the support. I have read that alone it does not work. 80% of the mobilized mercury by cilantro gets reabsorbed in the small intestine. THis is called retoxification.
If you take cilantro you need to take chlorela at the same time. Chlorella works in the intestine, exactly were cilantro looses the mercury. What I read anyway...
