There are two main varities of Mistletoe, one of which is effective for cancer. Who knows which one the American doctors studied.

Mostly those tests are too expensive. Courtesy of Ronald Reagan shutting down the federal drug testing labs, we rely on the drug companies themselves to report their test results of the drugs they want to sell, or the 'negative results' of products THEY want to ban.
