Dear Dave,

The fertilizer factories make commerical
fertilizers for most of the farmers in the
USA. I'm not sure what the phosphate itself
is used for.

Those plants once had to dispose of
Hydrofluosilicic Acid as a toxic waste.
Today, they sell that same toxic waste
to municipalities all over America for
big bucks. It's an enormously profitable scam
for the companies, and one that causes
illness and pain for uncounted numbers of
our citizens. God alone knows how many
Americans have died of accumulated fluoride
poisoning since the scam began in 1948.
It is a classic case of government selling
out to industry.
