As Terri's fate on earth has come to an end, so will this forum which will become part of the archives. The forum will stay on for anyone seeking to go over all that transpired here regarding this tragic case, but so will the memories and lessons we have all gotten.

As I pondered over all the many things that have been said and posted here in the last few days, I came upon some interesting realizations. The vast majority of people that posted here were in favor of life for Terri. Some were convinced of it from the beginning, while others made honest admissions to having had a change of heart during the process. Others still were able to identify with her plight because of challenges in their own lives, and were able to find understanding and support from others. But everyone who droped by was forced to face and expose their own hidden man of the heart. This has been a learning experience for all of us on many levels.

Some who were in favor of starving and dehydrating Terri felt that those of us rooting for her right to live were insensitive to her desires, and out of touch with reality. But when you really think about it, should it really surprise anyone that most of us here could not accept the status quo handed to us by the lawmakers and the media??? Hey, wait a minute, we are after all, Curezone!!! You know, the people who come together by the thousands because we have ceased to believe in a medical establishment that dictates death to us every day. We are the ones advocating educating instead of medicating. The "kooks" who believe there is a cure for all diseases, that Liver Flushes are simply amazing, that our bowels, bodies and brains can be tuned up, and that the ideal place to exist is off the grid. For these beliefs and practices we often receive the ridicule and persecution of the big money, and brainwashed allopathic crowd. And yet, no matter how much flack we receive, we still go on, ever convinced that we have found the truth and no amount of disputing will take us back.
I hope that this experience will serve to remind us that regardless of the many different paths that many of us may have from each other, there is a great deal that we do have in common, as evidenced by those of us who came here in defense of Terri. We believe in LIFE, and we will not be undersold. Let's try to remember this next time we disagree on something minor here on Curezone, we have some much greater and eternal points of unity with which to stand together. And may Terri's saga have helped us to reach a greater point of awareness in ourselves and of others. May we all find paths "with a heart".
I love you all, my fellow Curezoners.
