Sorry for all the speculation but I'm starting to wonder what Terri's husband's motives really are. Why isn't the news media picking up on what I've been reading about this case?
Why is Terri in that small room in the first place? Answer: because Michael Schiavo, (Terri's husband) won't let her out. Terri's parents have tried to get Michael to agree to take her out in a wheelchair to the movies, and to church, etc. but he won't let them.
Also, why do we keep seeing the same video clips on tv of Terri? Answer: Michael won't allow any pictures of Terri be taken. The ones we see were taken illegally by Terri's parents.
Why hasn't an MRI ever been done on Terri? This would dispel the "vegatative state" argument once and for all. Answer: Michael won't allow it.
Why hasn't Terri been able to receive therapy treatments to re-learn how to swallow so she can eventually eat on her own and come off of the feeding tube? Answer: Michael won't allow it. Her family has been trying since 1993.
Why did Michael state that Terri would never want to live artificially, 7 years after she collapsed?
Why is Michael Schiavo preventing treatments for Terri? The answer may lie in what really happened the day Terri collapsed.
Most don't know that Michael and Terri had been fighting all day the day Terri collaped.
Read the report of the neurologist who examined Terri after her collapse. He said her neck was very stiff and a bone scan perfomed a year later showed Terri suffered many broken bones that had healed. He said she had a history of trauma. Her family knows of no such incidents that would ever indicate this. In fact, her family didn't know of the 1993 bone scan until 2002. Why? Michael withheld the information from them.
