Stop the vitamic C till after the removal. Vitamin C taken the day of the removal will make the anesthesia ineffective - which means Pain!

If they offer the IV vitamin C take it; I think it made a big difference in my feeling so great after my removal. I had nine removed at one shot and I felt great afterward!

Make sure you have some soft foods to eat for the next few days, you won't want tortilla chips, lol.

Do the cavitation cleaning too, it's worth it. Check the cavitation forum for more info about it.
