I read about this 2 years ago and tried out for about a week. But it was just as bit of a hassle having to juggle my mealplan with the family, I gave up.
I signed up with a slimming co to reduce the fats in me, it worked a bit but again required me to eat differently from the family.

I got introduced to a product last year that not only helped me to slim without having to take slimming tablets, but also helped me improve mine and the family's health and I have slimmed so much since.

I don't have to watch what I eat, and still stay slim and also have my immune system improved.
