I looked at the posts you and Libra wrote in in the "3" forum. I subscribe to First mag. and I remember looking that diet over and thinking it seemed difficult. I don't even know that I could prepare a breakfast and eat within one hour of waking. Maybe it's worth a shot. Propaul told me to eat plain hot air popcorn. This is great for me because I've gotten used to feeling full and this does it. This might work for me until I get sick of it!

NO Sugar CRAVINGS today, but last night sure was bad... Today I bought Emer'gen-C Super Energy Drink. It has 5g of Sugar and lots of minerals/vits. This stuff really perks me up!

Let me tell you about the baby thing. It took 3 yrs. and 7 months for me to become pregnant. What's more bizarre is it happened during the most stressful time in my life. I began a new position working 12 hr days and phone calls all hours of the night. Three to four nights a week I had to go in. When I wasn't at work I was home crying about how bad I had it. All of a sudden-POOF- I was with child! When I least expected it. It will happen for you too.
