I'll have to ask my Mom if were talking about the same product. I've been using Splenda, although, it get bad press.

I know what you mean with depriving oneself, but I need to take drastic measures. I've got this 50 lbs that won't budge. Seven years ago I lost a huge amount of weight without any problems. During my pregnancy I went wild and kept on.

In the am & pm I take 4 or 5g of vit. C. During the afternoon I take atleast 3g. Still waiting to use the powder-only a quarter of a bottle left of the tabs.
