I really think it is working! Today the absence of sweets didn't bother me in the least bit. THANK YOU!!

I've been doing the Bowel Cleanse for seven weeks now and it's working out great. Is the castor oil pack suppose to help during the cleanse? I haven't had any kind of discomfort.

Bragg's is suppose to be the best because it's the "Mother." I have always used the store brand because there aren't many choices in my area. My book says the regular kind will work. A couple of weeks ago I ordered the ACV in tablet form due to the tooth enamel problem. I would hate to lose that. But as far as soaking and applying the store brand is fine.

That sounds like a good diet. It would feel wonderful to forget to eat. Sounds like something I should look into.
