ooooops... by spots I mean pimples. Does AVC work on freckles?

Well, so far the experiment is not going well. I did not have time for my Vit C in the morning and it wasnt until I got hime this evening that I had a chance to take it. I made my husband a new pasta dish and had a try (it sucked) but it sent me in that maddening Sugar craving!

There are other factors that I have to consider though. I have a lot of stress now, although I control it well, I have a lots of deadlines coming up and it is always in the back of my mind. Also I didnt take my Vit C in the morning, And I have cut out my other suppliments.

We shall see how tomorrow goes...
