You can buy the book and try it for yourself. You pay thousands to go to college for people to teach you things that half of them you will never use. Doctors charge a lot of money for a visit. When is the last time you felt better after a visit to the MD? This is practical life changing info that teaches you how to heal yourself, family, friends, and animals. Scepticism is a good thing as long as it doesn't interfere with learning.
