Be careful with that belief system.....one can definitely do it for oneself....it's just that often it is easier and quicker sometimes to ask for help from a person, a tool, a device, etc. Until we fully move into the realization and knowing that we are COMPLETE, we often need outside assistance.

One knows what to do by ALWAYS going within....especially working with one's emotions, staying present to them with acceptance, surrender....

I would also like to invite you to let go of that thought right now!!! "I've been stuck". Let's work on those words...stuck and barrier.....and think "moving through!!!" Keep your focus on your goals, not on the "blocks"

yes, isn't it so interesting that working on ourselves is the most challenging....perhaps we are most invested in this outcome....very attached.... and according to the Laws, the more we want something, the more we push it away! *sigh*

I have taken the 4 levels of Touch for Health and don't practice it. I don't like the muscle testing work as much, I don't always trust the results...whether or not there is a clear circuit, etc.

Yes, see!!! You are expanding and balancing yourself!!!

As I said, I don't rely on the muscle testing either. There are many many other ways to healing.

Sorry, but we need to let go of the if's, how's, and when's....and just take it moment by moment. Existance will show us the way, as soon as we surrender these needs.

"Obviously, you did, Daisy. What a wonderful result! Did some confidence, some success, come during those months of self-Reiki? Or, did you just keep going on hope?"


Absolutely one can know about themselves!! Meditation!!! Chanting, energywork, yoga, lots of ways! And I did gain confidence during my healing journey, but I am very much still a work in progress.

You answered your own question, yes you can figure it out yourself. Otherwise you are looking without for answers instead of within. It's nice however to find a very clear confidant, friend or healer to mirror back to you what you already know...
