"I'll give it a try"

You'll do more than give it a "try"!! You'll send healing, because energy follows thought/intention. All you need is the intention, don't worry at all about technique. Stay centered and form your clear intention....

and you're already healing, running the meridians!! There will come a time of evolution,(soon!!) where our very presence will heal, as others entrain with the higher frequencies.
