I was wondering if anyone had tried the famous Edgar Cayce castor oil pack in preparation for a flush, or simply used a heating pad to help to relax the liver/gall bladder and dilate the ducts? I know he recommended doing castor oil packs for "congested" livers and even for hepatitis and cirrhosis and interestingly, he would often recommend a "series" of three packs to be done either on three consecutive days or over a period of week and then told people, after the third pack in the series, to take two teaspoons or two tablespoons (different for different people) of OLIVE OIL to "cleanse the system". Sounds like a "mini-flush" to me. I haven't done the flush in quite a while because I've been just too weak but I tried a castor oil pack and passed two fairly large stones without doing anything else. I'm not saying I think it would be good to do this INSTEAD of the other flushing instructions but maybe it would be helpful in addition to them. Maybe help the Epsom Salts dilate the ducts. Any thoughts or experiences?
