I am just finishing an 18 day Master Cleanser lemonade fast and have seen how dirty my colon is. I plan to do a Colon Cleanse in anytime from 2 weeks to 2 months from now. I have been advised against the Ultimate Fast (adding P&B shakes to the original master cleanser program). Also, againt any kind of fasting while doing the P&B shakes. What are your thoughts? Note: I tried the "ultimate Cleanse" from Whole Foods and it stopped me up and made me a million times worse last summer.
