This the UT debate forum, if you go to the support forum you can get more information.
The more water you drink it will taste watery and depending on the food you ate sweet or bitter.
It is better to read up on it because most people think it is toxic but it is sterile.
Yes we all know the dessert story, but there is also if you have athlete feet you can pee on it. And my personal trainer said she knew if you have a wet baby diaper you can can wipe your skin to get rid off pimples.
It is certainly cheaper than supplements.
