From what I've read and heard, it's preferable not to eat meat with the Amaroli therapy...however..unless you're a vegetarian...that can prove to be very difficult. I still eat meat about 3 times a week. Of course, alcohol consumption is strongly discouraged. If I have half a glass of wine, I'll still continue with the therapy, but if I've had a few drinks, I don't see the point in recycling that in my system.

As for medications, I personally asked a doctor (in France) who has left conventional medicine if it's possible to take the contraceptive pill while practicing UT. He told me that if I keep it to a glass a day, then it's ok. It's only if I were to drink EVERYTHING that I would double my medication dose.
However, it didn't ask questions regarding other types of medications.
