"I would love an example of 1 piece of fruit or a combination or fruit, which supplies all essential and non-esential amino acids and fatty acids."
Regarding amino acids, the humble goji berry contains eighteen amino acids, including all eight that are deemed essential. Healthy fats are found in abundance in nuts and seeds; whether they are essential is open to debate.
"Why is it so hard to understand that protein and fats are structural materials?"
I cannot recall suggesting that I had problems understanding this...
"Carbs are not needed for this purpose. Yes they have vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and alot of great anitaging compounds(and I do eat alot of them) as a micronutrient they are just an energy substrate. Our bodies do not use them to build and repair."
Are you genuinely suggesting that fruits are not capable of building and repairing the human body?
"But meat sources are just more bioavailable to us,they are more readily absorbed and they are more complete."
This is simply not true. Meat is indigestible and its secondary nutrient-content is practically inassimilable. Meat is not a "complete" food, in fact it is only classed as a food because humanity in its ignorance believes all inferior forms of life should be consumed. Blood and flesh contain only the nutrients assimilated from the grass and grain feasted upon by the animal you choose to consume. It therefore makes perfect sense that us, as humans, should also consume the life-giving grass rather than the disease-causing meat of the unfortunate animal.
The human body requires very little protein, and this can be derived from nuts and seeds, not from pseudo-foods (poisons).
"But just to say I don't believe in the EFA or EAA theory, which is basic nutrtion due to your eating beliefs is pretty shortminded."
Perhaps; you are entitled to your own views. Personally, I am inclined to believe that it is short-minded to debate fruitarianism with fruitarians when you yourself indulge in the most sinful of habits.
