The long and productive menses is a pain..our culture unlike that of the native cultures expects a woman to go about her job and care of her loved ones like she is experieencing no blood loss. When the blood is thin and basically coming in waves it is time to rest-ccan some of you imagine taking 4 days a month off? Build the hut women and take to the countrryside- Others will join you- Time to return to the roots- The power of the female is in this acknowledgement of our basic ccyclical nature
