Nice site! I'm going to mark it and get ffurther reading in one it-Thanks for the link!

On the way to work today I litened to talk radio- a fellow had just returned from Norway (Ithink) and had discovered the value of ffish oils in keeping youthfful movement and brain tissue...if what he said is correct- we need fish oil in heavy doses. What happens to mercury in the fish?
