I have a few questions regarding your post.
"Natural sugars are perfectly healthy and all that stuff about fruit sugars being harmful is BS."
Fructose is better than sucrose sure, but it still turns into glucose which feeds your brain and body and too much of it when not balanced by another other food group upsets your endocrine system. I know when I drink OJ in the AM, its to reap the instant energy from a ton of fructose & because its better than coffee. On your fruit juice fast, couldn't your extra energy be due to the ton of natural sugars in the juice?
"So vegetables are man made. Also they have to be cooked, and if one can think that raw foods are better then fruit would be the easiest to consume."
Please explain to me how vegetables are man made? I always thought they were plants just like the trees that grow to bear the sweet fruits also. Vegetables are also edible raw straight from the garden. Do you agree that both are easy because they contain natural digestive enzymes?
"Plus fruit is cleansing while vegetables accumulate in the body."
Fruits and vegetables are both cleansing, the fibrous parts of both are wonderful colon cleansers and are do not build up in the body. For instance, broccoli and asparagus are a tiny example of great cell scrubbers and anything green with cholorphyll is an excellent blood and body detoxifier. How do they accumulate in the body?
"Also, in my opinion it is much harder to be a vegan veggie non/fruit eater, due to the lack of energy I experience.."
Do vegans restrict fruit from their diets? I know there are a few different types of vegetarians, but I thought all categories included fruit in their diets.
These questions are not meant to mock your statement, but to understand this concept that you are writing about. I am not an extremist of any food category, but try to include all that's natural and healthy. If you or anyone reading this would like to answer, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. :)
