Yogananda loved fruit the best of all delights- well I think his favorite plants were flowers, then fruits

He actually "felt" that the sweetness of fruit sweetened the body....the flesh
But he was by no means a frutarian

He ate beautiful home grown foods -but all vegetarian

He has retreats, for men, at hidden valley- such peace!

and at the beach in Cardiff he has mixed retreats-men and women-
