I practice sungazing and find it very nice. It has been difficult to do here due to the mountains and short season, but it *is* dooable. After a session, it feels like my density lightens and that I am more "cloud like." Like the desity is evaporating, if that makes sense? I often palm afterwards to be entertained by various "light shows." I had a particularily interesting visual yesterday. After sungazing, during palming, I experienced multi sized orbs of various colours moving freely about in a 3 dimensional space. I had an incredible sense of spacial distance in this visual. Very pleasant.
