After reading about the Dark Room Experience from Mony Vital's website:

I've decided that this is something I would want to experience but going on the retreat is very costly. I'm not sure, but would it be the same thing if I blocked out all light in my house for a week or so. I don't know if being around Cell Phone s and computers would change it and I would also need to wear an eye mask at certain times to make sure I don't let in any light. Can anyone give me any advice before I try this experiment. I would be sure to post my experience for anyone that cares.
