If only people ate that much!

I know Im not pushing anything on you- but wanted to share soemthing dear to my heart to you about this.
In sacred texts of the last prophet, he mentions:

When eating use three fingers of your right hand.
Now think about how much food you can pick up with your index and middle finger adn thumb? about three grains of rice per bite!

And

You should fill your stomach if you must with no more than 1/3 food, 1/3 water, and 1/3 air.


And finally,

"The worst thing to fill is the stomach"
