bay water and did my swim- when I got to the wonderful towel and lais on the towel chilled to the bone and feeling the heat seep into my muscles I feel the most beautitude~ the unwinding of all muscular resistance- and the sun bathing my soul-
It is my ecstasy...my meditation, my worship- deep relaxation
