It was awesome, my brain - conscoiusness expanded each day during the ten day urine fast, it was weird and AWESOME. But I had more energy than I knew what to do with to say the least. Sorry, I cannot join your fast right now, I have been eating junk food/candy for the last few days. I plan to do a juice fast with herbs and olive/ sunflower/ coconut oil... or Master cleanse for Lent (march - april) or longer??. I plan to eat fruit and veggies for a couple days then do the liquid diet, whatever it may be, probably throwing in a few days of dry (no liquid days) and urine drinking days, so I don't get bored.

Also sungazing - sunrise, barefoot, and weights/cardio/steam room daily.

Has anybody recieved DNA activations by remote viewing? I have, I think they help the goal of LOL.

I am trying to eat whatever I want recently to try to exaust my need to eat the foods that are unhealthy. It is working a lot better than I expected.
I don't seem to need water as much for a long time, the last few months, I am doing dry fasting a lot and it is easier than ever now.
