Hi JMW, I went on 2, 40 day orange juice and distilled Water Fasts this last year,(see barefoot herbalist on cz for info on 40 day oj fast) it was excellent. I am currently on a lemon juice fast cleanse to clear up residual pollution in my system (see master cleanse on cz). A 10 lemon a day fast is not recommended for unexperienced fasters as it is a very powerful internal cleanser. I use 10 lemons a day in lemon fast, 50-50 strained lemon juice with distilled water add maple syrup to sweeten. It works for me. I read your book and liked your suggestion about pear juice in fasting, excellent chronicle, thank you.
I am a liquidarian when I juice fast. I am still in cleansing stage, 15 years zen vegan, 1 year fruitarian. I mono diet on pineapple to chelate and pull lead pollution out of my system. I know attitude is very important and belief is paramount, so thank you again for your good work and links to your online published works.
