Mostly rubbish. This guy is a freak of nature. Not a triumph of anything. We have no idea if he came from a family of healthy people who shunned doctors and ate fresh veggies on some remote farm somewhere. Elderly people nowadays are from the generations that were not vaccinated. Us vaccinated generations are waaaaay less sturdy than they are.
