The research I used suggested a 20 day course of PO, enteric coated with caraway oil. I use Dr. Murray's Natural Factors brand.

DefensePlus is Grapefruit-Seed-Extract with goldenseal, echinacea, and several mushrooms that work together for immune strength. I'm using it for its broad spectrum antimicrobial effect. I want to be sure that I have eliminated all causes of SIBO, and am trying to be sure I break the cycle by improving my stomach acidity and intestinal motility.
