From my own experience the cracked heels are an adrenal symptom. I'm currently treating for yeast, which is alleviating the symptoms. I figure the candida was the stress on my system that was burning out the adrenals. After treating for candida I'll go back to doing a short course of adrenal supplements to rebuild the gland. Visit drrind.com for great information on how to use your body temperature to monitor your adrenal/thyroid function. Before treating for yeast I couldn't get a stable body temperature that came anywhere close to 98.6. While I'm treating for yeast I quickly go to a stable 98.6. Interesting.
