Dear toxicchick,

in the 'crystal bible' by Melody, selenite is listed as being useful for removing the metal poisoning from fillings.

Following reading this, I consulted an experienced crystal healer to inform myself on the use of crystals. I then went ahead with a treatment program that I designed.

After having 4 large metal fillings from 1984 to 2002, I've had nothing there since July 2003, and the holes haves sealed up.

My treatment was a success, although it was rough going over the 12 months or so that it took to manifest its effects.

If I was to do it again, I'd do it in a more gradual way. If you decide to utilise the energy of selenite, I suggest you learn about crystal healing beforehand and consult a professional because the energy of that crystal can be very strong.
