If you're intent on scaring people,
Rokybird, then you need to provide
unambiguous information that supports your warning.

On one hand, you say that Glucosamine is "guaranteed to poison you!!!!!!!"

But then you go on to suggest that
vegetarian glucosamine is acceptable
to eat. You can't have it both ways.
Either glucosamine is guaranteed
poison, or it isn't.

You provide NO evidence to back
up your scary headline. Most of
us know that chondroiton is best
avoided. But I have heard NO ONE
but you shout that glucosamine is
"guaranteed to poison you!!!!!!!"

I've been using glucosamine for 15 years. In no WAY, has it poisoned
me.

It's not at all helpful to serve
up a scary post-title -- followed
by 10 exclamation points -- and
then have no evidence to back up
your position.

Did glucosamine poison you? If so,
tell us about it.
