I've read where it's a good idea to rotate different treatments on a 4 or 5 day basis so that the candida cannot become resistant to them. In addition to the caprylic acid you're already taking, some recommended herbs/treatments are oil of oregano, grapefruit seed oil, pau d'arco, garlic, tea tree oil (make sure you get the kind that states it's safe to take internally!) berberine (found in barberry and goldenseal,) and undecylenic acid. No, don't worry, you won't need to get all of them! Just 3 or 4, enough to provide a good rotation.
