Yes, I was tested four times--Great Smokies culture. And I was drinking the Helios. I still do drink it sometimes if I'm resting my kefir grains. I also drink the flavored--yes despite the sugar! When I make my own, I add a half packet of stevia with fos to my homemade just to make it taste better and I use organic milk. It's not bad. You get used to it. It really worked for me. I can't tell you how much money I spent on commerical probiotics--but they just didn't work for me.
