I've come to suspect that the same benefits people get from Liver Flushes could be gotten with much less stress to the body through a program of coffee enemas and juices. Just a thought

I agree totally Watashi, and have come up with that very same conclusion a while ago! I had many less then positive side reactions to the L/G flush but only pleasent results for the coffee enema!
