Oh, I can't agree with you more but at the same time we don't have a lot of research to go on when it comes to Apricot Seeds. Someone had previously posted that they took 100 apricot seeds a day but I find this highly unlikely since everything I read (from alternative sites) write that you should not take too many of them a day or it could cause death or poisening. In this regard I would be more cautious. We have all the facts about Vitamin C but not too many about these seeds.
