I recommend you go to http://www.fungiperfecti.com this company is in the northwest and the owners know alot. You can speak to them also. They grow the mushrooms there.
The one my husband uses is micosoft gold. Our doctor orders a year supply for us and we get a discount. Our doctor lets us have it wholesale once a year.
