Hi centex....Are you also doing the cottage cheese and flax oil? I can't remember...if not...add that to what you're doing. Also...how is your mom?
I've been away in a whole new world of 'eldercare' with my husbands mom...and
I've lost touch with everything and everybody's problems and progresses. kathryn
