Dear Razmaxis,

When I first bought pau d'arco and graviola,I intended to make tea from it. But when I saw
those dark powders -- which don't look at all
like tea ingredients -- I decided to eat it
instead.

I've eaten a level teapsoonful of both
graviola and pau d'arco every third day for
more than a year. It hasn't hurt me at all.
In fact, this has been the healthiest year
of my very healthy life.

I don't know how you can use that powder to
make tea. Perhaps in South America, they
use chopped up pieces of the bark. It would
filter right through my little tea-ball strainer, that I sometimes use to make tea.

You will have to do some more research, and
then trust your own intuition. But I am sure
in my heart that there's nothing wrong with
eating modest amounts of Raintree's pau d'arco
and graviola.

If I'm wrong, I sincerely hope someone else
will respond to your post, and let me know
why eating them is a no-no. I don't want to
endanger my health, either.

Blessings,

Owen
