Well I know they recommend that thyroxine takers for Hypothyroid shouldn't eat Pineapple and its some action with the Bromelain which increases the drugs potency if I remember correctly and the same goes for Grapefruits which can cause problems with many drugs due to the switching of the p450 enzyme if I remember correctly in the stomach again making drugs more potent. You should never have grapefruits with antidepressants etc. So my friend people shouldn't worry because they shouldn't be having Chemo in the first place. A reasonable Cancer doctor might also think that Pineapples good aid Cancer as it contains plenty of sugar. Its rare to find a cancer doctor that recognises or knows about Sugar but theres a few. It doesn't work as they think in this area unless its refined sugars. Just look at the power of Glyconutrients and beet against Cancer and what are they? SUGAR!
