Andy....My goodness...thank you for that post! I've never heard that...and we
juice alfalfa sprouts sometimes. I'll have to research that a bit...but GADS
if Gerson said it!!!

Alfalfa is supposed to be extremely high in chlorophyll and is recommended highly
by Bernard Jensen . I 'hate it' when these guys don't agree...don't you? I mean
these old guys, who a lot of us get most of our knowledge from.

This is kind of like watching the NBC Nightly News...and on Monday, coffee is good
for you...and on Tuesday it's bad...and by Thursday, they've done more studies and
it's ok for some but not for others. :-)

Anyway...thanks...I'll check in to that when I have time. kathryn
