(just a note here: I can't believe the difference I sense between the Himalyan and other types of Sea Salt s...it seems so much more "alive" and full of good things. And I guess that just makes sense, since Himalayan salt is taken from WAY underground, and all Sea Salt s come from our seas...all of which are laden with toxins).
