When I first started down the natural path there was a bunch of suggestions that I thought were laughable;Untill I studied and tried these suggestions.
Dont consider a post that attacks,Just consider the suggestions,wiegh them,then make an educated discission to use them or not.
This is what Ive done,and it has worked so far for me.
Please do not dissmiss any suggestions without study;You may be missing out on somthing that truley works.If it does not work,study some more and try something else.
