Beets are great for liver detoxifying and so are black radishes if they are available.

Juicing the above mentioned vegetables is even better ala Gerson style.

It's all about flooding the body with nutrients (raw organic vegan foods teaming with minerals, enzymes and LIFE FORCE ENERGY) and clearing out the poisons from within your body and in your environment. In a clean cellular environment, and with optimal nutrients, a human cell will live forever. That is the core essence of health.
