you have to realise,plenty people come here reading,without posting,and with all the Do's and Don'ts put their own protocol together,or pass it on,besides,all Warning Flags will Really sink in.
You jumped right in,YOU are doing great!!!!!!!!!!!If it gets TO MUCH,to New,to Everything,I think I would stick to everything I've done so far-BUTT,I would take a
One day rest, meaning,sleep an hour longer,what ever you Know you love and like( only one piece of 80% chococate(for instance) :) you know best,keep it up,and keep going
