I drank straight lemon juice for two months - did not dilute it
at all. However, sometimes I had to use the concentrate and squirted
it into water; but, that was only maybe once a week.


There are those that may not consider the importance of avoiding left
side sleeping; but, I would suggest you try sleeping on your back or
right side for about a month to see if you can arrest those daily
attacks.
