Great...you have given me a lot to go on. I knew about a lot of it as I've dealt with Depression myself and have rearched things myself over the last couple of years. It was soo great to hear it verified by you as I know you are very knowledgeable about health issue. Some I didn't know though and this will be very helpful also. I wish I had the money to do it all. But with have to do as much as I can with what I have.
